TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment terms are net 30 days from receipt of goods. Overdue accounts will be charged a 1.5% service charge per month. New accounts require a 25% deposit with balance due upon delivery.
 
Orders are accepted subject to availability, crop conditions, errors in count, or any other factor beyond our control.
 
Substitutions: One grade size adjustment up or down may be necessary to allow for variances in growing conditions. Customers requesting no changes or size must indicate this on their order.
 
Large volume and prepayment discounts are available. Call for details.
 
Small orders:  For orders of less than 100 fruit tree rootstock or seedlings, the cost is $ 2.00 each.
 
Cross Border Shipments: CopenHaven Farms handles all the border paperwork including the phytosanitary certificates. Exporting charges (brokerage, duties, and taxes) will be billed to the customer on a separate invoice.
 
Freight: F.O.B. Gaston, Oregon. CopenHaven Farms will arrange transportation via the most economical but reliable method. Freight is charged at cost. Customers may arrange for their own transportation. Any freight related claim is the responsibility of the carrier. Buyer shall address freight claims issues with the carrier.
 
Warranty/Claims:  All shipments must be inspected upon arrival and any product related claim submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt of order. CopenHaven Farms warranty does not apply to plant materials damaged or injured during shipment or due to buyers negligence, improper care, unreasonable use, or abuse
